• Fiber internet service can be offered in provinces where FibimNET has infrastructure.
• The campaign has a 12-month commitment.
• For FibimNET new fiber customers, the installation service fee of 1,500 TL including all taxes and the activation fee of 250 TL including all taxes will not be charged within the scope of the commitment. It is included in the Campaign Cancellation Fee.
• Modems are subject to availability and remain the property of FibimNET. When the service ends, the modem must be returned to a FibimNET Customer Service Centre in working order with all parts. If it is not returned, or is returned incomplete or faulty, the procedure stated in the commitment agreement or service form applies and FibimNET bills the user for the modem.
• Within the scope of the campaign, a 100 TL modem usage fee is charged for WiFi 4 or WiFi 5 modems, including all taxes. The relevant fee is included in the campaign price in the table shown in the campaign prices section.
• Within the scope of the campaign, we cover the campaign cancellation fee for your current internet service. Following the transfer of your current internet connection to FibimNET, up to 1000 TL of the campaign cancellation fee reflected by your previous internet service provider, including all taxes, within 90 (ninety) days at the latest, will be reflected to you as a discount on the total amount under the heading "Other Service Provider Discount" on the first invoice to be issued in the month following the invoice for the cancellation fee is submitted to FibimNET, or on the invoices for the following months, if the first invoice amount does not cover the cancellation fee. your invoiceinfo@fibim.com.tr.

• If you transfer the Fiber Internet Service, a re-installation fee of 1500 TL, including all taxes, will be reflected on your invoice following the transfer.
• FibimNET supports downloading content from legal sites.
• The service provided is for individual use and cannot be used for commercial purposes. If FibimNET suspects such use, it first warns the subscriber, as stated in the Subscription Agreement and for the purpose of protecting the subscriber. If a commercial purpose is detected in the subscriber's use; FibimNET reserves the right to disable the line and unilaterally cancel it.
• In case of switching to lower/upper packages other than the package you first selected during your commitment period within the scope of the campaign, the current prices of the switched package, published on the Website, will apply.
• Internet speed (download and upload) results may vary depending on some factors. These factors include the performance and number of servers and routers located between the server and the home/office; It is the usage intensity of the lines between the home/office and the server location and the performance of the computer. In addition, the density of internet access of the servers you are accessing or the speed restrictions imposed by their own regulations may affect the slow opening of web pages. Wired connection is recommended to get full performance.
