As a result of the Subscriber Sourced Modem Reset, the subscription information is transmitted to the subscriber and he/she is expected to re-install. If the subscriber cannot perform the installation with his Pppoe information and we request a physical team, a 500 TL modem installation fee will be charged in advance.
