- Log into your account from the online transactions menü on our corporate website www.fibim.com.tr.
- Click on “My Invoice Transactions” on the main menü of the Online Transactions page.
- You can see your unpaid invoices or invoices under the “My İnvoices” section on the screen that opens.
- Click on the “Pay” box on the right of the invoice you want pay.
- Click on the “Make a Payment” box on the page that opens.
- You will be directed to the bank payment page.
- You can pay your bill by entering your credit card information

Wireless connection is constantly disconnected
- Modem should be positioned away from elektronic devices such as stereo ,microwave,dishwasher,refrigerator for ensure a quality wriless connection. These devices can block modem signal and cause speed and connection problems.
